Inspector in D.C. – Immediate Start
Requirements:
- Good English skills
- Must have access to a vehicle capable of transporting a 32-inch ladder
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- 3 years of experience in roofing is required
- Knowledge of inspection tools and software
Qualifications:
- Strong observational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide recommendations based on inspections.
- Must be able to provide OSHA safety ladder assistance for Sales Representatives and operate a 40 ft ladder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough roof inspections, evaluating 2-3 sites daily.
- Document and capture clear photographs that detail the condition and specific features of each roof.
- Proficiently use CRM systems, including Jobnimbus and Company Cam.
- Accurately identify roofing issues and anomalies.
- Provide informed recommendations based on the findings of inspections.
- Complete post-inspection reports that detail findings and observations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
