We are looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead, inspire, and elevate our sales organization. Reporting directly to the President, this role collaborates closely with marketing, scheduling, and operations teams and requires travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Motivate: Coach and inspire Regional Managers and sales teams, tailoring strategies to individual team needs.
- Set and Achieve Goals: Define and track daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for teams and territories.
- Team Development: Oversee hiring, training, and performance management for sales staff.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct weekly huddles to energize the team and align them with company goals.
- Data Management: Ensure all sales and buyer data is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable.
- Problem Solving: Resolve escalated customer complaints and provide solutions that balance customer satisfaction and company standards.
- Open-Door Leadership: Promote positive, two-way communication through one-on-one meetings and team collaboration.
- Accountability: Ensure teams meet deadlines and adhere to company guidelines.
- Travel: Visit territories to support and assess team performance.
