Summary Generalist position whose primary responsibilities are the installation, configuration and support of computer systems, as well as end user support and account maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Provide IT support via phone and remote connection to urgent care clinics.
- When required travel to urgent care clinics and provide IT support.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of desktop/laptop/tablet computer systems.
- Identify, analyze and resolve software, hardware and network computing problems experienced by users.
- Work with vendors to provide support of site specific systems (Phone System, Alarm System, X-Ray imaging, Voice and Data Services)
- User account setup and maintenance in required systems.
- Configure smart phones and mobile devices.
- Install and configure wide range of networked devices.

Education and/or Experience Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals and online support information. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and customers.
Reasoning Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Technical Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of common network protocols such as TCP/IP, common operating systems such as Windows, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office.
