Essential Job Duties :
Schedules and dispatches technicians or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needsOperates and manages a multi-line telephone system, prioritizing and organizing calls according to urgencyRelays information to and from customers, technicians, management, or other interested partiesManages work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, and other informationUpdates customers throughout the day on the technician’s progressEnsures a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the fieldMaintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
