Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Fleet Account Management
- Employee Relations Support
- Provide Support to administrative staff
- Provide Recruitment Assistance
- Provide Marketing assistance
- Guest Services
- Compliance & Reporting
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Use QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
Requirements
- Clerical experience is a plus
- Self-Motivated with a willingness to learn new tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
