We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a DocuTrack Specialist. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing electronic faxes, maintaining hospice lists, and assisting with the admission and discharge processes for patients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage incoming electronic faxes, ensuring timely distribution and appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date hospice lists, including patient information and status updates.
- Assist with the admission and discharge processes for patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma / GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations and guidelines (e.g., HIPAA)
Hours : 10 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM Monday to Friday; one Saturday a month.
