Duties include communicating with the customer before, during and after the sale. Working with and assisting customers that visit our showroom. Also working closely with the project manager to communicate with the customer and installation team. Must be a self-starter with a good work ethic with a good personality that enjoys working with people. Good communication skills and ability to work well with other team members. Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Ability to manage calendars and perform data entry tasks
