Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is currently seasonal but has the potential to grow and expand as the company is experiencing a high level of growth and will continue to do so. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette while directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Provide a high level of support for projects and launching new ideas, research.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support administrative functions as needed, contributing to overall team efficiency.
- Perform and clean up data entry.
- Support the Hiring Department.
- Conduct interviews and file appropriate paperwork.
- Opportunity to organize and conduct courses for CPR (optional)
Skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist is required.
- Moderate experience in data entry, Microsoft or Google Suites is mandatory.
- Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff.
- Experience in project research and ability to create and summarize is mandatory.
- High level of computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and phone systems.
- Effective time management abilities to meet deadlines in a busy office environment.
