Duties

• Oversee daily operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for various manufacturing projects.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans for the manufacturing division.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the manufacturing sector.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical fields.
• 10 years of progressive leadership roles in manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience in business development within a manufacturing context.
• Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.
• Experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on operational excellence.
• Proficient in negotiation techniques to secure beneficial agreements with stakeholders.
• Strategic planning capabilities to align manufacturing goals with overall business objectives.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comprehensive understanding of operations management principles to drive efficiency and effectiveness in production processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
