- Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, and shopping
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
- Plan in-house or off-site activities such as parties, celebrations, and conferences
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Part Time Role: 10-20 hours per week
- Hybrid Schedule: work at least 1x per week in the office, and available to come in when time-sensitive tasks arise
- Indefinite/on-going contract
- 1 years of experience in Office Management, employee experience, or related roles
- Role will oversee the office needs, handle supplies, maintenance requests, assist with employee onboarding, and ready to jump in wherever is needed
- $25 - $30.56 /hour Pay Rate
