Who We Are Looking For
- 2 years of experience in office management or employee experience (preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a fast growth start-up).
- Hands-on mentality, and a belief that no task is too big or too small.
- You can easily toggle between being scrappy and sophisticated depending on the occasion.
In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations and overall experience at Thrive’s New York office. You’ll work with stakeholders from all teams at Thrive and have a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Support our employees and guests with kindness, enthusiasm and urgency.
- Manage inventory and shipments as needed of office snacks, supplies, and swag.
- Plan and execute in-office events, including working directly with vendors, setting up the space, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and distribute mail and own package pickup and delivery.
- Liaise directly with building management and ensure swift resolution of any office issues.
- Manage employee rewards & recognition programs (recognizing birthdays, work anniversaries, and other special events in our employees’ lives).
- Manage new hire onboarding, including communication with new hires, conducting new hire onboarding sessions, managing background checks, and creating new hire checklists.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding people policies, employee benefits, and other employment-related inquiries.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
