Your future role
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
- Manage team member relations, ensuring a positive and respectful workplace
- Oversee performance management and team member development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support leadership with succession planning and workforce planning
- Facilitate communication between management and team members to promote engagement and transparency
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits programs
- Lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture and team member satisfaction
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts with professionalism and care
- Be open-minded and adaptable, comfortable working within vague parameters and evolving priorities
- Provide HR support to multiple locations, ensuring consistency across sites and fostering a cohesive company culture
Required skills
- At least five years of proven HR Management experience
- Previous HR experience in a manufacturing or automation industry setting
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent education
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR software – an asset
- Bilingual in French or Spanish – and asset
