Premiere Systems specializes in A/V, lighting, shading, automation, and networks. We are looking to add an experienced Branch Service Manager to our Service Department team.

• Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm

What the Job Looks Like:

• Oversee all service-related calls


• 
  Develop schedules, monitor plans, and document service upgrades


• 
  Collaborate with the operations team for scheduling company installation and technical staff and any associated subcontractors


• 
  Communicate progress and changes to customers and company installation and technical staff

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 
  3 years of progressive experience providing project management functions or technical support in the audio/visual industry
  


• 
  Strong technical knowledge of A/V systems including lighting, shading, automation, and networks


• 
  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail


• 
  Management and sales experience preferred


• Maintain a valid driver's license and insurance
