Position Summary
Assist the summer school principal in the preparation of summer programming and with the overall administration of Summer School June 16th - July 24th.
Duties and Specific Responsibilities
February 1-June 30, assist with summer school preparation, which may include :
- Answering prospective attendees' emails and phone calls.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of summer school course offerings and schedules.
- Assist with the orientation of summer school teachers / camp leaders.
- Assist with the promotion of the summer school programs.
- Assist with managing summer school materials (textbooks, etc.)
- Assist with the organization and distribution of emergency forms and contact lists.
- Assist with other administrative tasks.
