Event Assistant
We are seeking a passionate and professional individual to join our team as an Events Assistant at PRESS restaurant. This role is key to ensuring our events, both offsite & onsite, run smoothly, offering guests an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and impeccable guest experiences.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and the internal team to manage event logistics.
- Help prepare event timelines, seating arrangements, and menu selections. Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Provide on-site support during events, overseeing guest needs and ensuring everything runs according to plan.
- Maintain an organized and efficient event calendar, ensuring all bookings and details are accurately recorded. Experience with Tock and Tripleseat are a plus.
- Handle administrative tasks related to event management, including contract preparation and invoicing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- A passion for delivering top-tier service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
