Role Overview
Pressed Floral is hiring a Framing Fulfillment Manager to lead the end-to-end process of fulfilling bespoke pressed flower art and other products. This role involves managing a team, ensuring timely, high-quality production, and improving processes. This position is compensated between $18-$21/hour depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of fulfillment specialists.
- Oversee the entire order framing and fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with design, preservation, and operations teams to improve workflows.
- Implement quality control measures and monitor inventory levels.
- Previous framing experience preferred.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
- Experience in implementing process improvements and technology solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.
