Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH for a Youth Career Coach. The Youth Career Coach will provide day-to-day job coaching and career counseling services to Youth ages ranging from 14-24 years of age. Responsibilities includes helping Youth with career development, address career-related challenges and/or other barriers impacting their professional journey and career goals. As well as facilitating communication to help youth gain confidence and skills such as pre-employment, goal-setting and career assessment for their future careers.
Qualifications
- Skills in Job Coaching and Career Counseling
- Proficiency in Career Development and Interview Preparation
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience working with youth in a supportive capacity
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for empowering youth and fostering their personal and professional growth
- Past work experience with Youth/Young Adults
