JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting the marketing team through a range of initiatives listed below. The individual should enjoy working in a fast paced, small, entrepreneurial environment with an emphasis on agile, collaborative teamwork. In addition, this individual should be comfortable helping to define and optimize this newly created position within the marketing team.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES/ACTIVIES:
- Coordinate the tracking, processing and accuracy of A&P spending across multiple brands – Track invoices ensuring they are accurate to the brand budget, ensure timeline payment and oversee internal reporting. Work with brand, vendor and finance teams to resolve any open issues in a timely manner.
- Digital content coordination – Help oversee the on-going accuracy of our brands’ digital content including package update for Amazon and potentially retailer sites. Work closely with the internal art department, brand team and sales team to coordinate the ongoing updates to packaging files.
- Package routing – Supporting the brand team in helping move open package project forward with internal stakeholders such as regulatory, legal and design.
- Proactively develop ways to help support brand teams – Able to think creativity about the best way to provide support for the brand teams and a high level of comfort communicating new ideas within the marketing organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience

- Team skills – ability to work collaboratively with team members across the organization including marketing, sales, design, finance and regulatory.
- Attention to detail – strong attentiveness to detail in accuracy in all aspects of work
- Strong organization skills – ability to manage multiple projects and timelines across multiple brand with a high level of comfort in multi-tasking and prioritizing.
- Adherence to deadlines – ability and discipline in hitting deadlines when applicable.
- Energized by an entrepreneurial environment – Self-reliant / proactive and takes initiative and follows- through on commitments.
Travel: 5% ability to travel via car, plane, rail.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
