Training- In office M-F 9am-6pm 4-6 weeks
Schedule after training: M-F 10am-7pm

Your Role: As a Customer Onboarding Agent, you will ensure a seamless and successful onboarding experience for new customers. You will provide personalized guidance to each customer as you conduct welcome calls. You will provide professional, courteous, accurate, efficient, and effective assistance to every customer interaction. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer’s journey.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize all forms of communication channels to properly onboard new customers.
- Guide the customer through the onboarding steps to ensure their success.
- Answer inbound calls quickly and efficiently.
- Achieve department targets and maintain expected productivity.
- Ensure workflow processes are timely and accurate.
- Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the company.
- Other tasks assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain stationary for continuous periods of time. Constantly operate a computer and phone. Frequently communicates with customers, coworkers, and managers about accounts. Able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Schedule and Availability:
- After completing in-office training the position is primarily work from home.
- Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm. Some Saturday shifts depending on the needs of the business.
