Our team is seeking a Property Manager. This position will be 40 hours per week and must be able to work Saturdays. Your time will be focused at our London Rd., Delaware, OH location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales experiences to all potential and current customers in person and over the phone
- Focus on increasing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to continually meet property goals
- Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements
- Handle cash and balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process daily bank deposits with integrity
- Help keep customers current with payment and make collections calls when required
- Perform daily cleaning duties, responsible for property cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall property integrity
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections; confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent
- Perform independently on day-to-day basis with a focus on teamwork and partnership with District Manager and other properties in area
- Performing light property maintenance (i.e. changing hasps, changing light bulbs, etc)
- Opening and Closing Procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent and must be 18 years of age
- Preferred experience: Retail Sales/Customer Service, Hospitality, Casual Dining, Service Industry
- High level of integrity, accountability, and initiative
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
