The details required to get an order correct in our Window & Door division are of utmost importance - The smallest discrepancy can derail an entire project. The Window & Door Coordinator is a critical position for our specialty products sales efforts - ensuring that every “t” is crossed and “i” is dotted, tracking and coordinating during all phases of the order process.
As Window & Door Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing open order reporting to optimize every quote to completion
- Analyzing and evaluating any documentation issues and consulting with the entire team to resolve potential conflicts
- Communicating with sales team any discrepancies to ensure orders stay on track and we avoid surprises
- Tracking of order fulfillment, informing the appropriate team members of any issues that may arise
- Reviewing project details after an order is placed, translating the information into vendor-specific software and internal tracking system
- Confirming details with sales and estimating staff, identifying any missing information and making sure complete information is acquired and recorded
- Providing advanced level auditing to determine all orders reflect project goals, code requirements and regulations

- Apply a strong understanding of construction terminology
Required qualifications include:
- Previous data entry experience with a proven attention to detail
- Solid command of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies/software programs
- Knowledge of construction/building materials a significant plus
