Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models of precast/prestressed concrete components using CAD software.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to develop design solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Lead drafting efforts on assigned projects, including reviewing and approving drawings produced by junior drafters.
- Assist in the development and implementation of drafting standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior drafters as needed.
- Associate degree or equivalent in drafting, engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong understanding of precast/prestressed concrete design principles and industry standards.
- Experience with structural analysis software is a plus.
