Air / AMW / Expeditionary Analyst

This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.

Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to support U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) as a Air/AMW/Expeditionary Analyst. The Air/AMW/Expeditionary Analyst will provide analysis and support to enhance operational capabilities, assist in mission analysis, and contribute to the future development of Air/AMW/Expeditionary operations. This role requires a deep technical expertise in Air, Air Maritime Warfare (AMW), and Expeditionary Warfare Areas, along with a strong understanding of strategic planning, policy, doctrine, and systems within these domains.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in Air, AMW, and Expeditionary Warfare areas
• Collaborate with military commands, including echelon two commands, to develop and assess future operational capabilities
• Apply PESTONI and DOTMLPF-P metrics to assess and recommend improvements for Air/AMW/Expeditionary capabilities
• Support strategic planning and provide insights on Air/AMW/Expeditionary operations, policy, doctrine, and systems
• Manage and lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality analysis and recommendations
• Conduct mission analysis at operational or tactical levels to enhance decision-making processes
• Lead ad-hoc teams to support specific operational requirements and projects
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and military officials at the action officer level, including public speaking engagements
• Handle multiple competing priorities and interruptions while maintaining high productivity and deliverables

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with echelon two military commands
• At least ten (10) years of experience as a technical lead and subject matter expert in Air, AMW, and Expeditionary Warfare Areas
• Strong understanding of PESTONI and DOTMLPF-P metrics, with the ability to apply them to assess and enhance future operational capabilities
• Experience in strategic planning, operations, policy, doctrine, and systems related to Air, AMW, and Expeditionary Warfare
• Proven ability to manage or lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring successful task completion and team performance
• Extensive experience in conducting mission analysis at operational or tactical levels, providing critical insights for decision-making
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with experience delivering briefings and presenting findings at the action officer level
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and handle interruptions while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
• Equivalent experience to a Bachelor’s degree is two (2) additional years beyond eight (8) years of experience required

Security Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
