- Develop project schedules and timelines

- Conduct analysis of drawings and specifications
- Work with project managers to understand and execute change order requests
- Conduct quality take-offs from drawings
- Prepare proposals
- Prepare preliminary construction budgets
- Prepare bid packages
- Review plans and issue RFIs
- Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to request bids/quotes

- Bachelor's degree preferred but high school and equivalent work experience accepted
- Previous construction and full-time estimating experience needed
- Strong computer skills (Bluebeam, Timberline, Nitro or Excel)
