Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee landscaping projects and ensure the successful completion of various outdoor projects.
Duties
- Lead a small team of landscapers to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain and care for trees, gardens, lawns, and landscapes
- Irrigate and ensure proper watering of plants and green spaces
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging
- Execute groundskeeping duties to enhance outdoor areas
- Build and install landscape features as needed
- Operate heavy equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.) to complete dirt work, grading
- Work on new residential lawn and landscaping project (layout & install sprinkler systems, sod, trees, bushes, etc.)
Skills
- Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate team members
- Knowledge of tree care practices and garden upkeep
- 3 years of experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, layout and installation of new lawns and landscapting.
- 3 years of experience in operation skid steer, mini-excavator.
- Ability to build and install landscape structures

- Reliable transportation to get to work / project location (Idaho Falls, Rigby, Rexburg, Blackfoot, etc.)
