Summary
As a Landscaping Supervisor at Turfco, you will oversee landscaping projects and lead a team in delivering high-quality landscape installation projects. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients' landscapes are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily landscaping operations to ensure timely project completion.
- Work on-site to ensure installation goes smoothly and up to standard.
- Most installations will be re-doing flowerbeds. Removing existing plants and shrubs, updating irrigation to drip system, and installing new plants and bark mulch or rock.
- May include some basic tree/shrub pruning for aesthetic, visibility and safety.
- Assist in the planning and execution of landscape design projects.
- Prep supplies and equipment for each job to ensure work is smooth and efficient.
Requirements
- Must have experience operating equipment (skidsteer, small tractor, etc) and sprinkler installation experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and irrigation systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail.
