What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relationship Associate position at Pride Commercial Appliance Service?
Job Duties:
- Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide account and service call information.
- Collaborate closely with our dispatch manager to ensure proper lead times on service calls.
- Collaborate with the dispatch manager to schedule emergency calls.
- Offer support and solutions to customers per the company's customer service policies.
- Liaison with dealers and online portals for service calls.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma/GED required (associate degree in a business-related field preferred).
- Proficient in Data Entry.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
- Comfortability on a multi-line phone system for transferring clients to the appropriate team member.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accomplishing job tasks in a timely manner.
- Team-oriented with a positive, compassionate, and customer-centric outlook.
- Self-reliant in managing multiple tasks, especially via phone and email.

Pride Commercial Appliance Service is a growing commercial appliance repair and installation service provider based in Western NY. We have been providing service to: hospitals, universities, major retailers, healthcare facilities, and restaurants since 2004 and are quickly expanding.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
