Pay: $52 to $55/Hour.
Education:
- Master’s in social work (MSW) required.
License:
- LMSW by NYS required.
Preferred: 1-5 yrs exp in acute care setting specifically ER
Job Description:
- Knowledge of Discharge Planning regulations required.
- Experience with complex discharge planning and in Emergency Room preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- Communication skills, Knowledge of Psychosocial Assessment required
