Nursing Manager

Pride Health is hiring an RN Supervisor - Nursing Administration - to support our client’s medical facility in Taunton, MA 02780. This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Summary:

• RN Supervisor - Nursing Administration 36 hours per week (3 X 12s • 36 hrs / Week 12 hrs / Day)
• Long Term - Nursing

RN Supervisor - Nursing Administration:

• Supervise and manage nursing staff, including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), nursing assistants, and other support staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels for patient care needs and adjust schedules as necessary to address changes in patient volume.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Monitor and assess patient care to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and other activities to ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Ensure that appropriate care plans are developed and followed for individual patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (physicians, therapists, etc.) to ensure coordinated patient care.

Experience required:

• 2 years as RN Supervisor - Nursing Administration is required.
• BSN/MSN

• Job Type: 13 Weeks Contract
• 36 hours per week (3 X 12s • 36 hrs / Week 12 hrs / Day)
• Weekly Pay: $2900/week to $2900/week

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
