Responsibilities :

  • Assist with billing and answer multi-line phone system.
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions that include record keeping and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Schedule appointments and provide information to callers.
  • Coordinate calendars and appointments,
  • Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and monitor invoices.
  • Represent the brand on client / customer phone calls and face to face in the office.
  • Responsible for multi-tasking different projects given by the CEO.

Requirements :

  • This position is temporary to hire.
  • Pay is 50k-65k, depending on experience.
  • Must have the ability to work Monday-Friday 8-5pm.
  • Must have a least 4 years of recent experience as an executive assistant.
  • A degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's) in any field is required for this position.
  • Must be able to pass a basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Data entry and writing test.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using technology such as computers and laptops.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality as he / she will be handling tasks an executive assistant would do.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 10 times a year, after being hired on, to coordinate and assist with corporate events.
  • Must be detailed, organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be on time, with a positive attitude and ready to work.
  • Must have outlook experience as well as experience scheduling / coordinating meetings.
  • Background check and drug screening is required for this position.
