Priebe Security is the premier provider of Security Services in Austin, with accounts serving the most well-known high-rise landmarks in downtown Austin as well as the most notable retail shopping areas around the city. As one of our top leaders, this position manages a division of important accounts involving Security Officers in both driving and standing posts. Responsibilities:
While not all the responsibilities are listed, here is a sampling of the role you will be tasked to accomplish:
- Leading your supervisors to ensure their staff is well trained, professional and motivated to not only meet, but exceed our client’s expectations.
- Vet requests for new accounts, creating budgets, initiate staffing and startup of new projects.
- Inspect performance of your team at the accounts, ensuring they are meeting expectations. Develop and execute plans for implementing appropriate security measures and improvement if missing the mark.
- Regularly meet with clients. Maintain strong relationship of trust and confidence with our customers.
- Interview, assess and select candidates who will be passionate about customer service and thrive on being the best.
- Create systems, processes and policies to ensure we anticipate customer needs and fulfill our mission statement of “exceeding our customers’ expectations while providing worry free security services.”
- Work directly with the CEO of Priebe Security to create new programs and demonstrate our desire for continual improvement.
- Engage and collaborate with other departments (Billing, Staffing, Training, HR, Operations etc.) to anticipate your support needs; always staying proactive to deliver timely services for your accounts.
- Train, coach, recognize and reward your supervisors/managers and teams to ensure they are meeting the needs of our clients and strive to be the best.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated presentation, platform, facilitation and/or training skills in a professional business environment
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to quickly learn various operations management software system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Minimum of 7 - 10 years of leadership experience in customer service environment with exposure to Security procedures preferable
Progressive career advancement demonstrated
