POSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities of the Seasonal Packout Clerk is to produce the weekend packout reports by performing the process necessary to provide results to the operations team, receive approvals, and issue reporting to outside grower liaison. This position will have a flex schedule working 4 days during the week and 1 weekend day (Saturday) and will report to the Shared Services Manager and receive guidance from the Staff Accountant responsible for the packout process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Responsible for performing the process necessary to provide results to the operations team, receive approvals, and issue reporting to outside grower liaison.
· This position will be required to work on Saturday to process the packout from Friday.
· Assist with data entry processing with guidance from AP staff during the week.
· Assist with administrative tasks, such as sorting, filing, and scanning as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and Education
· Associate degree or equivalent preferred
Skills
· Knowledge of typical accounting software (Famous experience desired)
· Excellent organizational and analytical skills
· Ability to adapt to changing procedures and offer insight on process improvement
· Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees
· Strong oral and written communication, including being clear, informative, and responsive
· Strong in written and spoken English and ideally Spanish, but not required
