Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Compensation: $80,000-120,000 Bonus

- MUST have some management experience
- CPA or in process to complete CPA preferred
- They are looking for someone 5 years of Accounting experience

What You'll Be Doing:
- Execute on all aspects of accounting operations, including but not limited to A/P, A/R, fixed assets, prepaids, general ledger, and revenue recognition
- Review and approve GL journal entries and reconciliations of the accounting staff
- Research accounting issues and ensure GAAP compliance
- Assist in tax return preparation
- Build relationships with various departments, upper management, and external partners
- Lead and assist in field work for interim and annual audits
- Assist with researching and resolving technical accounting issues
- Maintain and improve upon the current accounting infrastructure, ensuring that all financial systems and files stay in sync with the general ledger
- Assist with the development and implementation of new systems and internal controls that meet the Company’s business growth and culture
- Ad hoc analyses and projects as needed
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
