What You’ll Do:
As an Outside Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating and executing a sales strategy to attract new customers, expand opportunities, and engage in face-to-face/online/phone sales presentations and meetings with potential clients. You will also oversee the entire sales administration process, track sales metrics, forecast sales goals, and network with local and national businesses and customers to maximize value from these connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Partner with the Marketing department to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attract new customers and expand business opportunities.
- Sales Administration: Control the entire sales administration process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in sales operations; make 50 – 100 cold calls each week.
- Sales Forecasting: Track sales metrics and create weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and goals to drive revenue growth.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local and national businesses/manufacturers and customers, exploring opportunities to increase engagement and foster valuable connections.
- Customer Engagement: Explore methods to increase customer engagement and satisfaction, considering customer feedback to generate ideas for new features or products.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and leverage marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Quotation and Follow-up: Prepare and send quotations for products and services, following up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong results driven sales approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.

Education:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
