Duties:
- Leverage leads provided by the agency to generate new business
- Contact potential clients who have already expressed an interest in our products, internet requests, and call-in inquiries.
- Actively develop a personal book of business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to suit the clients' needs and budgets
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve agency goals and foster a positive office culture.
- Assist clients with policy changes and renewals.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations
- Analyze clients' current coverage and suggest additional or alternative policies as needed
- Develop business relationships with new clients
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed expectations.
- Success in sales, customer service and/or client retention.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to pass a background check
Compensation
- Commission base Weekly payout
- Monthly bonus comp
- Quarterly Bonus
- New agent multiplier
- Quickstart Bonus
- Par Bonus (production bonus from the year)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Nights as needed
- Weekends as needed
