Join our dynamic team as a Medical Scheduler, where you'll be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will be key in coordinating schedules, confirming patient information, and providing a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers
- Manage appointment reminders and rescheduling
- Verify and update patient information in the system
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Experience with scheduling or medical office environments is a plus
- Communicates with the doctor and attorney offices
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, outlook
- Experience with Personal Injury
- Has EMR experience
- Has a good understanding of medical terminology, good communication skills and is detail-oriented
- Diagnostic imaging experience a plus!
- Spine Pain Management/Orthopedic, chiropractic, or physical therapy background knowledge experience is preferred
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
- Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish
- Personal Injury experience preferred
- Pain management or orthopedic is highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
