About the Role:
The Marketing Manager Trainee is an entry-level role designed for fast-paced growth into management. This hands-on training position provides exposure to direct advertising, promotional strategy, visual merchandising, and market research. You’ll report directly to the Executive Marketing Manager and train across multiple departments with a clear path to leadership.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support and execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotions
- Assist with planning and launching retail events and brand activations
- Work with clients and field managers to develop custom campaign strategies
- Manage marketing tools and suggest improvements or additions
- Collaborate with account teams to increase event awareness and drive traffic
- Offer strategic ideas to generate revenue and increase client exposure
- Once in leadership, attend and oversee promotional events as needed
