We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to oversee operations at our 3 Southside locations.
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of three of our orthodontic practices. This includes ensuring seamless workflows, maintaining high standards of patient service, managing staff schedules, overseeing billing and financial processes, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise office staff while fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth office operations, including appointment scheduling, patient communication, and compliance with orthodontic practice standards.
- Financial Management: Oversee billing, collections, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and accurate record-keeping.
- Patient Experience: Ensure an exceptional patient experience by managing customer service and addressing patient inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and strategies to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Coordination Across Locations: Effectively manage time and resources across all locations, maintaining consistency and quality of operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager in a dental, orthodontic, or healthcare setting (required).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of dental/orthodontic practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Ortho Edge) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial management experience, including billing and collections.
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused with a proactive mindset.

This is an in person position with travel between the 3 locations in Chesapeake, Red Mill Virginia Beach & Town Center Virginia Beach.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
