Outbound Call Center Rep

The PRIMEDIA Network is the nation's largest unwired Network of Local TV stations with over 1000 stations in 180 plus markets nationwide - including ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX stations.

We have an immediate needs for Outbound Call Center Reps to work on our sales floor located in Schaumburg. You will be working on our call dialer getting potential lead information.

Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services.
- Utilize our CRM to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business development goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.

Bonus each week based on performance. If you are good, you will make over $50,000 per year.
