About The Role
This position works with senior staff on procurement and purchasing for the office. Duties include accounting of invoices and reconciliation each month, coordinates with vendors, assists with budget planning, travel reimbursements, and other data entry. Performs other administrative duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma plus three years procurement related experience.
Preferences
Experience with Mobius and other County systems, Microsoft Office suite, and procurement rules are a plus. This position must be able to work both independently and collaboratively in an office that values civility, initiative, sound judgment and skilled advocacy.

Hiring Salary Range: $55,500.00 to $60,000.00/yr.
