Requirements :
Experience : Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting is essential.
Sales Skills : Proven track record in sales or customer service where you've successfully met or exceeded targets.
Location : Must reside close to or be willing to commute to Clairemont, CA, to ensure punctuality and commitment to local patient needs.
Skills :
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in dental practice management software (knowledge of specific platforms like Dentrix or Eaglesoft is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field is advantageous.

Administrative Duties : Handle all front office tasks including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing insurance claims.
Sales Acumen : Leverage sales skills to promote dental services, products, and membership plans, thereby enhancing patient care and practice growth.
Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Communicate effectively with dental staff to ensure smooth operations.
Payment Processing : Manage billing, collect payments, and provide clear explanations regarding fees, insurance benefits, and financial policies.
