Job Description:
- Perform Static, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis for Aircraft structures using classical hand calculation.
- Applicants should be familiar with Boeing Static and Book 1,2 and 3 Fatigue Analysis Methodologies
- Applicants should be familiar with and have prior experience with the following Boeing Stress Tools, including IAS, XSA/SA , FEADMS, IDTAS, Moss-Duberg, and FAMOSS Understanding of load paths, extraction of loads from Finite Element Models.
- Applicants should be familiar with Damage Tolerance Analysis and CFR25.571
- Determination of critical failure modes and performing analysis to ensure structural integrity.
- Analysis of aircraft primary/secondary metallic structures.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with cross functional groups including Design, Materials & Process Engineering.
- Participate in review meetings with Customer and SMEs.
- Generate Engineering Stress Report which establishes compliance and safety.
- Interact with customers; understand the Scope of Work and methodology required to meet customer expectations.
