What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to understand evolving business and technical needs, aligning talent strategies with innovation goals.
- Tech Talent Expert: Source and engage a diverse pipeline of world-class developers, engineers, architects, and data specialists across a variety of fields.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates in a driven tech landscape.
- Candidate Experience Advocate: Craft a flawless and engaging candidate experience that reflects Principal’s culture and core values.
- Market Intelligence & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in technical hiring to drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Consultative approach with the ability to influence technology leaders at all levels.
- A passion for building rapport and crafting outstanding experiences for candidates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to advise hiring decisions.
- A deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends to successfully communicate with top talent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience required; 1 years’ recruiting technology talent (software engineer, data engineers)
- Strong preference with experience in the staffing industry/previous staffing firm recruiting, or corporate recruiting experience is helpful
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and influence at all levels
- Demonstrated dedication to understanding business needs and achieving the company's talent acquisition objectives
- Attention to detail and ability to operate with a sense of urgency and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Technically savvy and adaptable to change
- Previous experience with recruiting platforms; Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Modern Hire preferred
