The Principle Recruiting team is partnering with a top boutique law firm in New York City in search of a highly regarded mid level/senior M&A Associate.
This is a great oppotunity for associates to get hands on experience and a lot of facetime with clients focusing on mid-market PE/M&A work, with high-end Private Equity clients. The firm hire very strategically and are on the Cravath scale (Base Bonus).
Laterals will have an excellent growth opportunity to be mentored by some of the very best in the business particularly in their tight knit New York office. For J.D. Class of 2018 candidates, they will review you for and could have the opportunity to be elevated to partner at the end of this year.
Requirments:
- 3 years PE/M&A experience from comparable law firm
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Admitted to practice law in the State of New York
