The Amynta Group is seeking an Associate to join our M&A team and play a key role in supporting the broader M&A team in its efforts to execute on the company's acquisition objectives.
The Associate will provide first-hand support to both the business unit leaders and executive management in the research and analysis of potential acquisition targets. As part of a lean team in a very flat corporate structure, the Associate will have exposure to and work closely with senior management, business unit leaders and functional heads across the entire organization. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter with strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities. We value individuals who take initiative, demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, and are adept at consistently following through on deliverable. In this role, the Associate will play a crucial part in ensuring success by not only obtaining the requested data but also conducting a thorough and insightful review of the information to ensure that the data meets the requirements of the deal.

Key duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following items :
Develop detailed financial operating models, valuation analyses and pro-forma analyses for potential acquisition targets
Gather and synthesize financial and operating information for target industries and companies
Develop marketing materials for use by the executive team and business unit leaders
Participate in prospect meetings, review metrics, and provide clear documentation of follow ups with prospective targets / internal stakeholders to ensure the completion of identified actions

Pay Range
90,000 -$125,000 and will depend on several factors including geographical location, relevant experience, skills and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
