Promotional Products & Printing Project Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Promotional Products & Printing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their orders, inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure a seamless experience for our customers from order placement to delivery, and to uphold our company's reputation for excellence in the promotional products and printing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Serve as the point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and pricing.
2. Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all specifications are met and deadlines are adhered to.
3. Product Knowledge: Research and develop a comprehensive understanding of products available, including features, customization options, and pricing, to effectively assist customers in selecting the right promotional items for their needs.
4. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the order process, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure timely resolution.
5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance, offering recommendations, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
6. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on orders before they are shipped to ensure accuracy and meet customer expectations.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, and shipping to coordinate order fulfillment and address customer needs effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in the promotional products industry. Additional printing industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as needed.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to representing our brand with integrity and professionalism.
- Efficient in promotional product searching and creating presentations. Prefer experience with SAGE
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or training in customer service or a related field is a plus.
