With three or more years in a high-speed production setting, your expertise will be instrumental to the team. Here, in our climate-controlled paradise, teamwork is paramount. You’ll be partnering with colleagues across the floor, from task initiation to the final cleanup. We commend a robust work ethic and punctuality, and we're particularly thrilled if you bring any electronics certifications along for the ride. This opportunity is tailored for our 3rd Shift warriors, working from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Sunday through Thursday.
Benefit from an additional $2.50/hr only during the night shift hours between 7pm-7am.
What You’ll Master
- Showcase your knowledge about plant safety protocols, operational techniques, and impeccable housekeeping.
- Take charge of the electrical/electronic components integral to production.
- Fortify the mechanical systems that keep our production humming.
- Bridge communication among team members, corporate engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Detail the restoration actions to Operators and Managers post-repair.
- Prove your mettle in forklift and MEWP operation.
- Demonstrate your prowess in conduit manipulation and precise wire sizing.
- Navigate efficiently through Microsoft-based platforms.
Essential Expertise
- Over 3 years in electrical and mechanical domains.
- Flexibility to embrace any shift.
- Grasp start/stop, latching, motor, and emergency circuitry concepts.
- Navigate the world of HMIs and VFDs with ease.
- Decipher schematics and vendor data for electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical setups.
- Embark on preventive machinery maintenance adventures.
- Unravel process control enigmas like temperature or pressure regulation and PID loops.
- Converse fluently with machine tools like Lathes and Mills.
- Navigate basic welding and sheet metal challenges.
- Introductory pipe fitting familiarity.
- Physical agility to tackle various elevations and postures.
