Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management:
- Scan and organize client documents into digital file folders using our tax software.
- Maintain and file physical copies in an easily retrievable order for client returns.
- Ensure accurate handling and storage of sensitive client information.
- Reception & Administrative Support:
- Greet clients and manage incoming calls with professionalism.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and responding to client inquiries.
- Support the team with general office duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with learning and using tax software (training provided).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time seasonal position running through late May or June, with potential for part-time or year-round employment.
- No benefits are offered for the seasonal role; however, extended employment opportunities may include benefits.
