What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Care Coordinator position at Prisma Community Care?
Description :
As a Client Care Coordinator you are the friendly face that greets our clients and provides excellent customer service by being compassionate, outgoing, inclusive, detail-oriented and a team player. By supporting the front desk, you'll check-in patients, collect patient information, and complete data entry.
Daily, you will contribute to the Prisma Community Care mission of providing affirming and inclusive services to promote well-being and advance health equity for diverse communities and all those seeking compassionate care - especially people of color, 2SLGBTQIA and Queer individuals, and those affected by HIV.
Requirements :
What your day will look like at Prisma Community Care :
- You will be checking in all clients and visitors for appointments and meetings.
- You will answer incoming calls.
- You will schedule appointments, as needed.
- You will be responsible for data entry of new and updated agency paperwork packets that have been completed by clients.
- You will verify insurances for patient appointments.
- You will confirm appointments for providers.
- You will scan documents into EMR system.
