Position Summary
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing multi-platform campaigns, collaborating with creative teams, and optimizing strategies to achieve marketing goals. This mid-level role requires experience in content planning and campaign execution, with a focus on growing engagement and driving brand awareness.
This position is onsite only—remote or hybrid work arrangements will not be offered. Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications and have reliable transportation to commute to our location. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply; however, relocation assistance is not provided. This position requires occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule campaigns across platforms to meet marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with content creators, video producers, and designers to develop cohesive campaigns.
- Optimize posting schedules and perform A/B testing on content formats.
- Assist with setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting.
- Analyze engagement data and provide actionable insights to refine strategies, with the goal of enhancing audience reach and engagement over time.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in social media or marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Ads Manager).
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with sports and collectibles is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
